Workdate was founded in 2017 in Stockholm by Christoph Skrobol and Johnny Mellgren. Since then, our team of 10 has been developing solutions to create a more networked working environment. Starting out as a small project, Workdate has become a fast-growing company with over 120 customers and 60.000 users. And the journey has only just begun 🚀

Customer Success

Customers are the core of our business and for us, Customer Success is more of a mindset than a department.

As a Customer Success Manager, you are a fundamental part of our growth strategy and responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction. You actively promote customer loyalty and growth through close interaction with a wide variety of our existing customers.

You will be developing and improving our success processes through daily customer interaction. Your goal is to create customer ambassadors and to identify up-sell opportunities within the customer organization.

Your tasks

  • Secure the perfect onboarding, adoption, and usage of Workdate, making sure each new Customer makes the best out of their investment.
  • Educate Customers on how to best utilize Workdate and introduce them to new product features.
  • Discover and promote up- and cross-sell opportunities to help maximize our existing recurring revenue.
  • Manage renewals and work proactively to prevent Customer churn.
  • Increase Customer satisfaction, build long-lasting relationships, and turn Customers into brand ambassadors.
  • Gather and summarize Customer feedback to help improve the product.
  • Carry our health checks and firefight during account escalations.

Your profile

  • You genuinely enjoy having regular contact with Customers and helping them succeed.
  • You have worked in Customer success, account management or sales roles before (experience with B2B software solutions is a plus).
  • You are proactive, good at prioritizing your tasks, enjoy working independently – all while being a good team player.
  • You are an active learner and a good listener.
  • You are interested in HR and organizational topics.
  • You can keep a cool head under pressure when working through Customer issues.
  • You are fluent in German and English, both in writing and speaking.
