How is the pricing model structured?

Workdate is billed based on active users – you only pay for employees who actually participate. No setup fee, no hidden costs.

What's included in the free trial phase?

For two months, you use Workdate free of charge and without obligation within a pilot program – with full functionality and no limits on participant numbers. This allows you to test interest in your workforce, gather feedback, and create a well-founded decision-making basis.

Is there a minimum contract term?

The minimum term after the free trial phase is 3 months.

How quickly can we get started?

Typically, you'll be live within 2–4 weeks after contract signing – including custom configuration, integration, and kick-off support.

Which integrations are supported?

Workdate integrates seamlessly with Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, WebEx, Zoom, and over 10 other tools. SSO and SCIM are also supported.

What about data protection and security?

Workdate is GDPR-compliant, hosts all data on servers in Germany, and has an information security concept based on ISO 27001. We also support you in coordinating with your works council and legal department.

What happens after the trial phase?

If Workdate convinces you, it seamlessly transitions to regular operation. If not, the trial phase ends without any obligation. Fair and transparent.
