One-time, individual registration
We create a registration page tailored to your corporate design. Your employees register as interested parties and/or hosts for job shadowing and indicate their preferences.
Regular, automated appointment suggestions
Based on the preferences selected, the system sends the participants specific appointment suggestions for a possible job shadowing in the form of calendar invitations via email.
Matching and notification of job shadowing partners
A match is made if both the interested party and the host accept a proposed appointment. Both are notified via email and can discuss the final details of the course of the day.
Extensive preference settings
Users can adjust various settings. They specify whether they would like to participate in the program as an interested party and/or host. It is also possible to indicate available appointments for job shadowing, as well as interest in specific topics, departments, or areas.
Automated appointment coordination
The system not only matches interested parties and hosts but also coordinates the specific appointments.
The tool automatically sends reminders to inactive users and deletes accounts of employees who have left the company.
The smart matching ensures that appointments are not made twice with the same people.
Workdate supports many languages. During registration, a user can specify the language for further communication.
Workdate can easily be used at multiple locations. The matching algorithm considers the participants’ choice of location and can network them within or across locations based on their preferences.
Users can log in to their profile, make changes, adjust preferences, or terminate their participation at any time.
Control options for project managers
Project managers determine how often, to what extent, and according to what criteria job shadowing should take place. They also decide whether the format should only take place on specific dates, or whether the appointment scheduling can be flexible.
Online dashboard for project managers
Project managers have access to an online dashboard with real-time information on the number of participants, activity rate, number of job shadowing sessions held, attendance and cancellation rates, and much more.
