Mentoring

Support your employees in the search for a suitable mentor or mentee. The mentoring module suggests suitable connections, organizes an initial meeting between colleagues, and plans future meetings.

How Mentoring works

One-time, individual registration

We create a registration page adapted to your corporate design. Your employees register as a mentor or mentee and answer questions about experience, expectations, and preferences.

Suggestions, matching and initial meeting

The system suggests suitable colleagues based on the mentor and mentee profiles. If both sides accept the suggestion, the first meeting is organized automatically.

Continuous mentoring and follow-up meetings

After getting to know each other for the first time, the mentor and mentee decide whether they want to continue the mentoring. If so, the tool can be used to plan regular follow-up meetings.

Features

User profile

Employees can participate in the program as mentors or mentees. They create a user profile in which they enter information about themselves, their expectations, and preferences. Users can log into their profile at any time to make changes, adjust preferences, or terminate their participation.

Automated appointment coordination

In addition to matching mentors and mentees, the system also takes care of organizing the initial and follow-up meetings.

Reverse mentoring

Apart from classic mentoring, the tool can also be used in reverse mentoring programs.

Multilingual

Workdate supports many languages. During registration, a user can specify the language for further communication.

Control options for project managers

Project managers define the framework for the matching of mentors and mentees.

Online dashboard for project managers

Project managers have access to an online dashboard with real-time information on the number of participants, activity rate, number of mentor/mentee connections, and much more.

Additional modules

The system has a modular structure. The modules Workdate, Video Networking, Job Shadowing and Mentoring can be combined as desired or used as independent applications.

The classic

Classical Workdate

The Workdate module takes over the organization of face-to-face lunches, coffee breaks, and after-work meetings. Both the matching of participants and the coordination of appointments are automated.
